At Enville Golf Shop, we are proud of our association with Enville Golf Club, we are committed to offering the Members, their guests, and visiting golfers a warm welcome and exemplary service from their well-stocked shop.
We have previously only had three Head Professionals since opening in 1935 – Arthur Wrigglesworth, Ron Hinton and Sean Power – all have served Enville Golf Clubs Members over the years.
We are here to help and assist with any enquiries on Club Membership and bookings for Groups or Visitors to play the courses.
Richard Copsey
Head Professional - PGA Class AA
Richard has been a very popular professional at Enville and a PGA member for over 25 years.
His dedication and enthusiasm for the game are second to none and he is always looking to broaden his knowledge of the game by regularly competing in tournaments, studying the golf swing, and travelling around the world playing different courses.
Richard specialises in Coaching and Club Fitting; he coaches all aspects of the game to a very high standard and has taken many Junior players from the beginning of their journey through to representing their Country, winning tournaments at elite amateur and Professional levels. Currently, he coaches the ardent golfer through to the professional standard of player.
He is a Club Fitting specialist and has an excellent track record for making sure customers get the best equipment available suited to their game and personal requirements.
Simon Isaac
Head Professional - PGA Class AA
Simon has been at Enville for nearly forty years and has been a PGA member for over 35 years. A popular figure, he is the face of the golf shop and is very passionate about the Club.
He has overall responsibility for the shop, retail and professional services to Members, and their guests, and visiting golfers for them to have an enjoyable experience when visiting the club.
Simon is also available to coach beginners and the recreational golfer.
Scott Witton
Assistant Professional
Scott has been a member of the professional team for five years having previously been a junior member at the club. He has been a fully qualified PGA member for 3 years and is also very enthusiastic and knowledgeable regarding many aspects of the game.
As our “Tech Guy” he is the man to speak to regarding any information on the technical side of the modern world of club fitting and equipment.
Scott is developing a growing reputation as a coach working with all abilities of players, particularly with Juniors running a popular Saturday morning group session and the “Enville Junior Academy”.
